in their infinite wisdom Sky have had the old telephone numbers on their Services page for at least 12 months now.....tv 2.0 is needed so I can change it myself or someone with an ounce of quality control within sky could key in the 11 new numbers in the right order!

OK. We signed up but where is the £50 credit? How do we claim it and what can we spend it on. Not a word about it from Sky since we joined from Tiscali.
