Even more HD channels
We are back with further details on upcoming HD channels coming your way.
Today sees the launch of Sky Movies Action & Thriller HD, Sky Movies Modern Greats HD and Sky Movies Drama HD. With Sky Movies Comedy HD, Sky Movies Sci-Fi & Horror HD, Sky Movies Family HD and Sky Real Lives HD following later this month, bringing the total number of HD channels available on Sky to 26.
The new channels mean that Sky will offer the most comprehensive HD movie service in the UK with over 500 films showing a month in high definition across 9 dedicated HD Sky Movies channels.
Furthermore last week Sky Movies launched the HD Friday Premiere slot, which showcases modern greats premiering in HD in the UK for the first time. Upcoming highlights include Apollo 13, Back To The Future, X-Men, Unforgiven, Predator, Die Hard and Taxi Driver.

Sound Synchronisation
We regularly read your comments and are very sorry that some of you have recently experienced an issue with sound synchronisation on some channels on the Sky+HD platform. We have been working hard to identify and resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible.
On the 18th September we rolled out a configuration change for the issue. We have been closely monitoring your feedback on this. Initial customer feedback has been positive and we are pleased to see evidence of this on the forums. However we are continuing to monitor the situation, and we are investigating options to make further improvements.
In addition, we will follow up with an FAQ next week on this topic to provide you with further information and assistance.

Thanks
Sky+HD Team
