New customers can get an HD box for £49, but because i`ve already paid full price for my first box, i get stung for the second as well!!!! Looks like it doesn`t pay to be a valued customer!! If that is the way Sky looks after us, God help us!

you pay £700-£800 for a quality hd tv then skimp on having to pay for the service to get he best from your tv.
I am like you, feel let down by sky, have been customer from when it began, and have never had anything for being a loyal customer. Looked at other options
service/price/availability. There are cheap and free ones but hd programmes are few and far between, others I don't really want. Slightly cheaper, similar.
Don't forget these programmes have to be paid for. they are not cheap reality shows, yet! Deadliest catch on discovery
or yellowstone on bbc I don't grudge the extra to have programmes like these and movies like Dark Knight. If programming goes downhill, ie reality shows then I think charge for service is not value for money and should be free.
