Sky Broadband Unlimited Fibre Is Here
Sky have now introduced Sky Broadband Unlimited Fibre for people who live in a fibre network area.
This should now mean, that anyone who is on a Sky Unbundled (LLU) Exchange, that has been fitted with Sky's kit and also has BT's FTTC technology, should now hopefully enjoy superfast Fibre Optic Broadband from Sky.
The only package that we are currently aware of is;
- Speeds of upto 40Mbps down
- Speeds of upto 2Mbps up
- Truly Unlimited Usage
- £50 one-off setup fee
- 12 Month Contract
Sky Broadband Unlimited Fibre costs £20 a month for new and existing customers taking Sky Talk calls and Line Rental (from £12.25 a month).
Also it is worth remembering, that FTTC is currently only available to approx 30% of UK homes. This should rise to approx 40% of UK homes by the end of 2012
For further information, or to order try the Sky's Broadband Order webpage, to check to see if you can now get Sky Broadband Unlimited Fibre.
Although, there has been no official news so far received, that the service has actually launched, our members are reporting successful orders being placed in our Boom! Here we go - ordering now live thread
