any idea how i can run this programme to tweak my setting,i run it but then says i need to be logged in as administrator...the thing is i am...i am running vista....any help would be great

Hey, can anyone tell me if the link isn't working for them? because it isn't for me, i was just wondering if it was my computer only, or if the link had been removed. If it is mine only, any chance there is a download on any other website for this software?
