      Laptop problems? Changing Network key

Trying to set up our new wireless connection with my work laptop. Unfortunately the software on laptop will only accept a 10 or 16 digit keycode and the one with the router I have is 8 digits. Is there any way to get around this without calling sky? Can I change the network key?

      Welcome to the site carrotcake

Sure there is but you will have to go into the router to change the settings

If you are unsure how to log into the router do the following
Click on the link http://192.168.0.1 and a pop-up box will appear enter the following
      Username: admin
      Password: sky

Left hand side selec Wireless Settings and go from there

Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

You will have to reset the passwords in all the computers that are connecting to the router via wireless but they should all work fine.
