      Can't get going on wireless..

      Heya all,

Right, well activated yesterday and every things working great. Everything apart from Wireless, at least.

I'm trying to connect my laptop to the internet, wirelessly, like I previously had done with Tiscali - Might also be worth to note that I had the exact same router before as the Sky one so I know generally how to work it, but I'm no pro.

Basically, Laptop finds the network; I try to connect, punch in the code, no joy. Says it's wrong no matter what I do, even double checked it on the router page. Anyway! I thought, screw that, I'll just use WEP - That's secure enough for me. So I set everything up with WEP, try to connect again, and enter my WEP code. Yay, it accepts the WEP code! However, it just now sticks at "Connecting...", then that disapirs after 30 seconds or so, and it says I'm not connected.. Yet, when I click Connect again, it says "Are you sure you wish to disconnect from Sky31whatever?" - I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting multiple times, with no joy. I've even totally disabled security, and I still can't connect.

      What am I missing?

Ye! I used to get that on my lappy!

First things first, I advise you to change your key from the default one!
Also make sure the WEP key is exact!

As when I had the key wrong, The logo would rotate on "connecting!" and then Say "Windows couldnt connect to the...."

Try connecting via a Ethernet cable and going via the Modem Config page and copy&paste the key!

Even though it may show that the key you entered is correct, It will only move on until it has!
