      No Green WLAN Light

I have the router set up via an ethernet cable to pc1, connection seems to work fine, except no SKY email (says server error).

What's confusing me is that there is no green wireless light - it comes on at startup and goes straight off again. I have a wireless connection on a 2nd pc but it can't see the router / router can't see it.......any ideas?

      Hi

Is it switched on in the router?

      http://www.skyuser.co.uk/forum/view-routerstats.html

follow the instructions on that page to get into the router, if you don't already know.

Choose the wireless setting and if it has similar to

Wireless Access Point / Enable Wireless Access Point - make sure that is ticked to say yes so to spk.

Thanks for the reply - checked stats, WLAN shows 0's accross all categories, but Enable Access Point is ticked on. Tried deslecting/reselecting same stats tho.

I tried changing the settings on the 2nd pc but if it wont recognise the router as a network I can't complete the configuration. Have also tested the wireless adapter with a laptop and usb adapter - can connect with an excellent signal strength in the same locations as pc1/pc2 (pc2 to laptop that is still no sign of a sky network connection).
