      TP-Link TL-WN722N

finally received my new adapter, it seems to have solved my problem with the speed bouncing between 35mbps and 130mbps (was causing some timeouts).

however l cant get it to connect faster than 65mbps, allegedly it should go faster, my laptop connects at a solid 130mbps and so did my last adapter until l rebuilt my system.

have set all my values to auto (channel/modes) am on sky fibre.

Make sure you are using AES in your routers Wireless Security settings.

Also check you have the latest driver from the manufacturer of your adapter, do not rely on generic drivers.
