      Skywireless Connector finding my Netgear network but won't accept security code

      I have connected my Sky wireless connector and it finds my Netgear wifi network with no problem. However, when I put in the password for the network-which I know is correct and have tried several times-I get a message saying 'problems connecting to network=please check your settings and re-enter password'. All I want to do is connect to use the ondemand download service over Christmas-any suggestions?

      Entering your password can be a problem due to the TV only displaying a row of stars so that it is impossible to verify your password before pressing select. Are you sure that you have matched the case of all letters in your password? If this still does not work try temporarily changing the password that your router is expecting to something that does not require multiple presses of remote control buttons to enter it. If it then works you can always revert back to the original password knowing that the problem is only overcoming the clunky method Sky have adopted for password entry.
