      router login and obtaining passkey

      Hello,

      New member here

Have looked around but not found anything to answer my query.

Basically, i'm trying to log in to my router to obtain the passkey so I can set up my new mobile phone to use the wireless when I'm home.
I've gone to 192.168.0.1 and attempted to login with the normal Admin/Sky - but it's not working. I had to access it before a few months ago when I had some problems but don't remember changing it.

Is there anything I can do?

      thanks in advance

Re: router login and obtaining passkey

You can reset it by sticking a pin in the hole in the back for about 10 seconds, this would change any settings you have ever done, and revert it back to defaults.

If you have never changed the passphrase, then there should be a sticker on the bottom of the router with the details, or a card in the box it came with.
