      One explanation for the move onto different equipment could be that you were on the old BTW platform known as WLR2 and have now been transitioned over to WLR3.

      Another appointment made for an engineer to attend today between 8 & 1 .................. Nope no show again

      After 4 failed engineer visits and this fault still happening I sent a mail to jeremy.darroch, crsupport, andrea.zappia I found their names on the martin lewis forum. Anyway within an hour I was called by the executive customer service team who have phoned me twice a day to give me updates on my fault. We are now waiting for a Broad band engineer to come from London and work with an engineer in Warrington to address my Broadband Software fault which occured the week the road was upgraded in March. I now have no broad band at all unless someone on the other end plays with it!! They have instructed me to buy a dongle of which they will re-emburse Which I have......so hopefully this fault will be fixed on Wednesday. So fingers crossed....................
