      Upload Question - T&C's

I am on Sky Broadband Unlimited but I have a question

Me and my friends play a game called Minecraft, Which you can host your own multiplayer server on it, This server uploads about 1GB per 24 Hoursish.

Will sky have a problem with
      (a) the uploaded amount
      and/or
      (b) any kind of hosting of a server on my internet connection?

I'd just like to say at this point that the Server software and the game are licensed to me and there is no illegal activity that is occuring.

      Re: Upload Question - T&C's

Do you know where I can find the terms and conditions where it says that I cannot host, I checked the ones they published and it only says I cannot host websites or email addresses that in anyway encourage spam e-mails

You must not operate, host, provide hosting facilities to or assist in any way any web site, email address, or any other online service which is advertised or promoted by means of unsolicited bulk Messages (whether commercial or informational), any mass messaging facility or any other form of abusive electronic communication.
      (h) To protect our network and maintain quality of service for all our users we can temporarily or permanently control or restrict your online activities via Sky Broadband where such activities may have a detrimental effect on other customers' quality of service and it is reasonable for us to do so (e.g. sending "spam" Messages or hosting a website).
unauthorised interference with any user, host, system or network without the express authorisation of the owner of the system or network.
That's all I could find on hosting, Could anyone explain these to me in a more clearer way?

(e.g. sending "spam" Messages or hosting a website).
I think you are interpreting this wrong. The way I read it, the spam part is completely separate to hosting a website. However, there are many hosting games servers on their connection, so I would not worry about it if I were you.

Even though It isn't that high it's alot nicer to look at than the real result D: I've lost 2Mbps in the last few weeks, Gone down to 6 but my upload has gone up to 776kbps ><
