      Re: Broadband Help

I turned it off by the plug and straight back on, and the other lights lit up for a few seconds and off again.

      What would you suggest

Phone Sky and they will send you a new PSU or maybe even a new router.

      Re: Broadband Help

PSU only replacements have been out of stock for quite some time, so any time a PSU needs sent, Sky will just sent a router (as a PSU comes with the router). So, it'll be a router replacement sent (which comes with a PSU)... if that makes sense.

      Re: Broadband Help

universal power supply unit may also work. also try using a different electrical socket, and if you have one try a surge protector as the routers can be a little bit sensitive.
      i work for sky........
