Using Sky router as modem and N router for Wi Fi - How to?

Guys,

Im sure theres an idiots guide somewhere but i cant find one. I want to use the sky router as the modem, but my Belkin N router for the wifi. What settings do i need for both the routers. Should the aky router have DHCP enabled and the Belkin turned off, and do i need port forwarding.

Thanks

Turn wireless and DHCP on sky router off, plug in piggy back router to sky router and away you go!

Thanks guys, however one post suggests using DHCP in the sky router, whilst the other post suggests using DHCP in the seconday (Belkin) router. Which is the best way to go?

I have no wish to fall out with other members, but I know my way works. Try both, if you like

No worries! My mistake!! I have a similar setup with 3 routers, but i use the wireless on the modem router and use the sky router and a Lynksys as a piggy back to extend the range. Must have got a bit confused on the setup!!
