      Question New wireless adapter required!

Hi folks, My Netgear WG111T wireless adapter has died and I'm on lookout for a replacement.

I've seen a Netgear N Wireless adapter fo 39 - does anyone know if this will work with the Netgear DG934G router?

      Thanks in advance.

Any wireless adapter will work, Just make sure that it supports the encryption that the router is using and it should be fine.

It will work OK, but it is a waste of money as it will only work at 54mbps, not N speed. Just get a 54g adapter, it will be much cheaper.

Thanks for the heads up. Does that mean that my DG934G router is only capable of 54mbps then (wireless)?

Anyway, could someone recommend one from somewhere like Argos/Comet/PC world etc ?

Yes, the V1 Netgears are capable of double that with a compatible adapter.

The stores you mention only seem to stock a Belkin adapter, which only seems to be capable of WEP encryption. Aria have a special offer on a Netgear, which should be more compatible wih your router. They deliver quickly, order today and it will be with you on Tuesday, although the Holiday may delay it a day.
