      Sky F@st wireless woes

Has anyone noticed/experienced the intermitant sh*tty wireless signal from the f@st wireless routers??

Every so often I just constant find and drop the signal, regardless of how close I am to the router. Anyone know if sky are planning and software/hardware chnages soon?

I know sky are moving customers over to their new super duper network, so I;m putting it down to that at the minute, but if it carries on any longer, I may have to ring DAH DAH DAAAAAH Tech support.

The new network will make no difference to your wireless. If you are experiencing poor performance, go into the routers wireless settings and change the channel. Start at No13 and work your way down till you find the best one. Also if the Mode is set to Auto, change this to 'g only'

      Re: Sky F@st wireless woes

If that doesnt improve you can daisy chain a wireless N router/access point off the sky router to improve wireless range. Of course homeplugs are an option as well
