      Laptop losing signal on wifi

      Hi

I have brought a new laptop and set up my sky internet to go with it.
For some strange reason, every now and then my wifi signal seems to go, then re-appear after about 5-10 seconds.
This is particularily annoying as i skype my sister in Australia and have to keep calling as i am losing connection.

Does anyone know the answer to this?? its bothering me big time!

      Cheers
      Doug

Download and use Vista anti Lag from here- Downloads that should fix your problem.

Make sure you've got the latest drivers for your wireless card.

What sort of signal strength are you gettting, are you far from the router?

Re: Laptop losing signal on wifi

Log onto the router and change the wireless channel to see if this improves the signal.
