Sagem Router wireless won't find!

Hello,

I'm pulling my hair out here - last few days my laptop won't find my router. I've gone through my settings (with the ip address url) and still nothing.

Any ideas or do I have a faulty router? The wired connection is find, but no ideas as to why the wireless won't find.

Could be a faulty router, try resetting it, hold a pen in the little hole at the back for 10 secs (the router needt to be powered up).

It may sort it.

Reset doesn't work. Think I'll call them.

Any other suggestions though?

If you right click on your wireless icon in the task bar and "View available wireless networks" can you see it?

Have you checked what channel is in use on the router?

Nah it doesn't appear in available networks.

What channel should it be on mate?

Any of them is fine but the easiest way is to start with 13 and work down.

I assume that you have wireless turned on in the router menus try turning it off save settings and then back on again.
