      It's not a problem with your connection, that's fine as it works with a wire, you have a wireless issue, if you have tried all the channels with no joy it could be outside interference, something as simple as christmas lights have been known to wipe out wireless signals.

      Hello, I uninstalled my previous virgin wireless manager from my computer and this seemed to fix the problem, many thanks to anoyone who tired to help me solve this problem
