      That's probably why they have such a good forum, like Sky, the poorer the support the better the forum. No offence to our Skybods.

      I can't say I've tried Netgear's after sales service -- with the exception of the original Sky router, all my Netgear stuff has been found used, for peanuts, at car boot sales. But seems remarkably reliable given the dodgy provenance.

      I was shocked when I tried to use the Linksys forum and they wouldn't let one on the site without having registered the product's warranty card. I blew up a WAP where they had swapped the PSU from 5v to 12v between version 1 and 2, and could find no documentation for the earlier model.

      hahahahahahaha sky wireless support are you being serious?
      wireless is only supported by Tier one and we all know how thick they are....
      most wireless adapters are the same running wireles zero config by passes the software the adapter uses and from there its just right click view network key connect - connected
      the best channel is usualy 13 the higher the better i find in most cases
