Thanks for that. I can't do it today but I will let you know how I get on. My pc does need a deep clean as there is a lot of garbage that I don't use on it so I'll take your advice with the accounts thing.

I have had a go and it seems that mcaffe initially is not showing on the user account. However if you do it again it is the only one that shows up on both accounts. In truth I'm not really sure how to interpret the results. On both accounts it lists about 3 things with the name of the computer as the item that is running. Confused!!!!!!
