Sky Connect- Connection drops/seriously low.

Stats:

Connection Speed 192 kbps 448 kbps
Line Attenuation 49 db 15.5 db
Noise Margin 26 db 19 db

The downstream is usually around 2000kbps yet around this morning I woke up to my telephone ringing on and off, when I went downstairs to check the internet, it appeared to be down so I rebooted the router and it was running for a few minutes, then it began to constantly dc every 2-3 minutes so I decided to drop it for a few hours.

Returned back to debugging it later that day with no luck sadly. Same, slow connection which is weird because we recently got the new router from sky due to a problem with the old router, the new router we got worked fine up until today. I called Sky and they then sent me to BT because of the ringing phone problem and noise possibly being the cause. Here are some things I've tried to repair this problem with:

-Disconnected the telephones.
-Changed the filter from the telephone to the router.
-Plugged the router into the master socket.
-Got BT to check the phone connection.
-Changed the router's channels from 1-13.

Any ideas on what's going on? Thanks
