Have you tried changing the channel number on the router by, logging on to it in ie

      192.168.0.1
      User - admin
      password - sky

also have a look at the encryption type.

Sky tried changing it to channel 11 on the phone but this did not work either.

      Re: Wireless Stopped Working!

Disable all encryption and try again, usually this is the problem. If it does cure it you can eapply the encryption and sort it out from there.

You are aware that Sky does not allow business use on it's product and may remove your account if you do so Don't press the business thing when you speak to them

      Re: Wireless Stopped Working!

Have you tried resetting your router, push the tip of a ballpoint into the hole in the back of the router and keep it pressed for around 10 seconds.
      Also restart your PC.
When the PC acquires your network it might be worth re entering the passkey which is printed on the bottom of the router, remember its case sensitive.
You may need to change the RF channel again if your neighbours are on channel 6.
