Sky broadband has never been as solid as my old NTL cable connection, but the price is right so thats why I have stuck with it
It hasn't thrown up any real issues but it disconnects quite often which is starting to really get on my nerves. I have followed all the procedures on the site to help prevent this i.e. turning uPnP off, downloaded Mossywell etc. Also my connection seems to drop to 1.0mbps on computers in the house and I then have to repair the connection and sometimes have to repeat this up to 5 times before it gets the connection back. Signal strenght is always at excellent so its nothing to do with that
Also I can't log into my router at all now as it is refusing to accept the username and password. I have followed all the steps, reset, hard reset etc. and it still hasn't solved the probkem and as you can imagine it is becoming very frustrating
Any ideas? Really appreciate the help

what happens with a wired connection ?
have you done the Pin in the back of the router to re-set to factory defaults
