      Wireless problem Help Pls

I have a Dell laptop and have had problems with my wireless connection but over the pass 3 weeks it's been running great.

Last night i was on the laptop and surfing the web then all of a sudden it diconnected and i couldn't get connected again.

I tired to access my router set up page Netgear 834GT (Firmware Version V1.02.28 )and couldn't?
All i kept getting was the wireless signal and acquiring network address then connecting and disconneted pretty much right away

After messing around with the network set up i gave up and went upstairs to try my pc thats connected to the router via ethernet and i couldn't access the router set up either.

I switched the router off and hey it worked fine after that.

Anyhow been on the laptop again and it's happened again that my laptop lost connection and couldn't reconnect. After rebooting the router it's fine now.

Whats the problem with this and how can i solve it?

      Thanks.

Make sure you do not have any ojects round the laptop or the router that uses wireless eg:cordless telephones or bluetooth devices.

Yep it's all fine like i said it's been working fine now all of a sudden it's not again.

Which i'm begining to think it's the router as i can't login to it from the pc upstairs thats ethernet plugged into it . Soon as i switch the router off at the mains and reboot it i can login into it again.

If you cannot log into it phone sky and they will send you another router if you say that the wireless keeps dropping out and you cannot access the gui or router settings page from an ethernet connected pc the router probably is broke.

I seem to be able to access it once i've rebooted the router.

I'm really beginning to think about buying my own router at this rate.

Had enough of this messing around with wireless

I just don't understand the random drop outs and then it won't connect etc..

Also form time to time i get acquiring network address and other times i don't very strange
