      disconnecting

hi i have had sky broadband for about 4 months now and was all working perfecttly untill about 2 week ago. I have tried all info i could find on here like unabling upnp, changing channel and moving the wireless routed but all have failed.

i get a stable connectiong when internet activity is low, eg just looking on normal internet pages but when i use it heavily like downloading songs or streaming video it starts to disconnect every 2 mins.

Any ideas on what the problem could be ?
