      Re: IP Address conflict?

One of your neighbours could be using your router to access the internet without your knowledge. Although the network key and SSID are required, I have heard that these things can be "hacked"

Log in to your router and click on "Attached Devices". If there is more than one PC listed then there shouldn't be! It is easy to fix. Restrict access to your own PC's MAC code using the Wireless Station Access list in Wireless settings.

WEP is somewhat hackable but WPA is pretty much sound. Unless your next door neighbours are professional hackers

Or they read the SSID and key off your router when they last visited!
