      Cant access wireless

I have a laptop here which i am trying to connect to my router...

I have tried it soo many times i have even formatted and started again. all it says is "aquiting network address" then hangs and trys to reconnect non stop.

I go to view network connections and click on the one that i need to connect. I enter the key but no luck same thing. I have another laptop and that works fine.

is their anything im missing out on?

      Re: Cant access wireless

There may be a more complex issue, but I think I would start by disabling encryption in the router temporarily -- see Sky CD help files or tutorial here for how to access the router's user interface.
