      Another Wireless problem everyone else

Hi There, Ive installed Sky BB today, works good on the ethernet connected one, which is next to router, works decently on 1 computer up stairs, but wont work on the another one i have upstairs, as far as i can see the settings on the 2 wireless ones are the same, but one of them will keep saying limited or no connectivity and first give an IP of 0.0.0.0 or somthing and then go to an IP which doesnt correspond with the same amount of numbers on the other 2 computers, so i dont know whats wrong with the connection to that particular pc

      Any help would be appreciated

      Thanks

      Mike

Sounds like a range issue -- try testing with the computer in the same room as the router. Possible solution include raising the router above furniture level and changing channels.

If it's a modern house, maybe foil backed wallboard is the cause.

I'm assuming the computer is set to obtain an IP address automatically for the wireless connection?

In the router admin, do you see it as an attached device?
