      Wireless Connection Keeps Dropping...

I know...I know, this title must be one of the most common titles on the forum, but I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my stats to see if I have any problems there....

I have Sky Max and I'm getting speeds of around 2 MB....which I was getting on Pipex so nothing seems the matter there. But since I got this new Sky router, the wireless connection keeps dropping every 30 mins or so....

Here are my stats from one of the phonelines in the house I was using (wirelessly connected):

/usr/sbin/adslctl: ADSL driver and PHY status

      Re: Wireless Connection Keeps Dropping...

The stats youve posted relate to the routers connection with skys equipment at the exchange. Whether your connected wired or wireless I would have thought that they should stay the same as your second and third set of stats confirm ( sync exactly the same ). The first set which has errors and a lower sync suggest a problem with your internal wiring. The best way to get definitive stats is the test socket ( behind the master ). However to answer your first question about wireless disconnects you need to experiment with the routers position, make sure its away from sources of interference such as tvs, microwaves etc and if you can get it as high as you can. If you havnt already put it on its feet and make sure ariel is up. cheers
