      Have to keep re-starting wireless box

      Hi

      I've been sky with and sky broadband for a couple of weeks. I'm having trouble trouble with my wireless router, when I switch my laptop on my computer doesn't detect the connection, so I have to keep re-starting my wireless box for it to work.

      Should I have to keep re-starting are is there a fault?

      Hi

      I don't know if this will help, but try turning off the UPnP in case it is locking the router up.

      Read this page:

      At the bottom it mentions UPnP - Untick that and let us know.

      Thanks, I restarted my computer after doing that and it connected fine,
