      Limited or no connectivity

Ok, i know this must have been posted about alot, but every case is different.

Have 1 pc on wired, another on wireless in a different room (using skys doggle thingy)

All been working fine, until today.

      Wired pc still works fine
      Wireless will not connect.

I get a signal strength as excellent, but also get a limited or no connectivity message, and can not view any pages from the wireless

I tried clicking the repair option, and i get a message saying ;cannot renew ip' or something

Any suggestions on what to try next?

      Thanks

      Re: Limited or no connectivity

Do a site survey/scan and see if you're suffering interference from a neighbouring wireless network and change router and adapter to a channel six stops from the strongest neighbour.

Next try temporarily placing the problem computer in the same room as the router and see if it's a range issue.

Also relocate cordless phone base station, video sender etc away from router or computer.

      Thanks for reply

      Now fixed.

Its a problem with the router sky provide. Not sure if it overheats or something, but once in a while i have to unplug it (its left on 24/7) leave it for 30mins, and plug in again, and everything is fine until the next time
