I cannot connect to Sky broadband using my main desktop computer. The computer says that it is connected to the router with an excellent signal, but when you click on the wireless connection button it says that windows cannot configure the wireless connection. we are picking up the signal with a belkin pci wireless card. Can anyone please help??

Have you applied the WPA encryption passphrase to the Belkin user interface -- Sky print the passphrase on the router's label. If you have problems applying it, the issue may be different manufacturers translating the passphrase using different algorithms. Solution, address the router user interface via Internet Explorer (see tutorials on this site) and note the HEX codes the passphrase produces. Add those directly to the Belkin.
