      getting laptops working

      Hi all,new to this site and limited knoledge,could anyone help re getting laptops to work on sky bb wirelessly,have had my two laptops conected to my orange bb but cant get them to work on sky,phoned up sky tech team and they say i have to purchase a wireless adaptor,is this correct or can i change the settings on the router page.
      any help gratefully exepted.
