      Just check there are no problems (DSLAM) with your exchange first. Sky phoned me last weekend to tell me they could re-order skybb for me. I asked them to check with BT if the DSLAM card problem had been sorted and they have not been in contact since. I guess they just want my money.

      The LLU on the exchange has only been installed this month, after waiting for 4 months

      Just rang F2S - answered within 30 seconds, asked where I was going. Asked if there was anything they could do to keep my business. So I said yes, match Sky. Sorry we cannot do that.

      Well I have bit the bullet.

      Rang Sky, was on for 9 minutes, guy was pretty much clued up, should have a letter within the next few days and live on Sky Broadband within 10 days.

      We shall wait and see.
