Another letter? I think that one must have been for me. I know that they wouldn't have forgotten about me. They wouldn't do that would they? No, I'm sure they wouldn't do that..... I'm starting to feel paranoid now

The letter does quite clearly state

"..... your line should be active by 27/12/06,however due to a huge response for Sky Broadband, we recommend that you allow an additional 3 working days from this date for the work to be completed."

If it makes you feel better I will scan mine and host it so you can download it, fill your own name and address in, so you can pretend that they have sent you one

Thats what I do with SatDish and Christmas cards

      Dear NewsreadeR

We have been informed by BT that they have encountered a technical issue with completing your order; this means that unfortunately you Sky Broadband order will be delayed by an additional 7 working days from the activation date we have already provided you with.

I would like to say how incredibly surprised I am that BT could possibly have a problem with brand new equipment at the exchange, but somehow I'm not slightly surprised by anything that Sky do.

      Good luck

Not to the best of my knowledge, some do but not from Sky Broadband itself
