      My MAC code has definitely been rejected as an 0 had been put in when it should have been an O

      Pretty cheesed off to say the least!

      Just rang Sky, because my MAC has been rejected and I have the MAX product already subscribed to in my portfolio, there is nothing that can be done.

      So day 1 and we have failed at the first hurdle.

      I can't enter it on to their systems, I have only got short arms.

      Will now wait and see how long it takes for them to tell me, what I have told them. I certainly ain't going to tell them again.

      I have rang them once tonight and there is nothing the person can do alledgelly as their systems won't allow them to once it has been ordered.

      Well 20th November I sent a letter about the messing around I had for 3 months and as yet had no reply to it.

      Thats crazy, how can it not be done it's not like you did it days ago

      It appears that they have a number of different computer systems, and if something fails to process on one of them, they end up out of sync and that's that.

      I had the ordering system saying I was active and the customer support saying cancellation in progress...

      But apparently thats my own silly fault for being impatient
