@ SatDish I wish I could but they take their payments straight off my Switch Card. I don't know if i can change my payment method in my account page but will try that. I really don't want to have to pay for something that I don't have.

On a similar point, in Pipex's T@C it states that I should give them 30 days written notification to cancel but all I have actually done is get a MAC from them. Do they still have to be informed in writing too? And does it need to be 30 days?

Btw, still holding my breath on a call back from Sky sales

      Code:
      Placed 13 Dec 2006
      Description CHANGE
      Appointment No date yet
      Date due 13 Dec 2006
      Status Order completed
      Last update 13 Dec 2006
Latest update Your order has been completed.

Newsie, when you succesfully get yours, I'll attempt to reorder.

That's if the first order is ever cancelled. It's still on their system after almost 90 days...

      Latest comment, "Oh, that's odd!"
Mine: "So, can you manually cancel it now?"
Sky: "Oh no, it will automatically complete after 30 days."
Mine: "We just agreed it was nearly 90 days."
      Sky: "Oh, that's odd!"

*chuckles* However, my old broadband connection is still alive, for now!
