      Hi Sam

I do try honest I spend a lot of time on the phone, but when it comes to exchange issues there is little that can be done.

I wish I could do more

Thanks n appreciate the thoughts. After speaking to BT today, it appears that orders have not yet been placed for shifting/changing tie pairs.simple as changing fuses in car i guess. the orderingsystem is buggered up bcos they have to go thru easynet engineers which cost money.

I wish! The actual kit that is needed to do this etc is amazing, I am going to publish an article in the next few days, so you will understand the complexity of Tie Pairs.

The news you have all been waiting for:

      I am connected to Sky

Thanks to everyone for the support and to Sky for stepping in and sorting it out.

Now if we can just get everyone else sorted we have cracked it
