I think that is the problem. Some 'snotty nosed graduate' puts the MAC in wrong and bye bye any chance of getting SkyBB. If they want to use Customer Service departments to deal with ordering, they should at least train them properly.

Then, telling the truth, communicating with customer, communicating with BT and communicating with each other should follow.

Any half wit with s#%t for brains could improve their service, lets hope they can find one

I can not understand why the mac code was rejected for newsreader
Nick in provisions, quite clearly stated to me, he had rang BT Openreach and they had informed him that my MAC was rejected because I was on IPStream, and that there was no migration route from IPStream to LLU. Which we all know to be untrue.

I have just switched from F2S Cascade Lite to Sky Broadband Mid.

Sync up from reliable around 2700 (max around 3100) to reliable 3072 (max of 3776).
Transfer speed up between 25% to 40% now reaching 2500-3000 Kbps

But I think you already know they were telling porkys

I have just been called by Robert from Sky to talk about my problems, and he has very kindly offered to look into my epic and get back to me asap.

I actually feel guilty now, as I did not want to abuse my position on here to dictate to Sky the problems I have been having, otherwise I could have just rang Robert myself.

Thats interesting, which department does Robert work for and I wonder what triggered the call?

Unless this is "normal" retentions activity kicking in!?

Wheelie has a fairly good relationship with Sky and rang to see if we could get clarification and an explanation of the problems experienced.

This in turn lead to me been rang.
