Still no router....
Still no order on the https://www2.bt.com/btPortal/applica....ordertracking website

My order appeared on there pretty quicky so I hope this isn't a bad sign for you. The missing router is a worry as well as you might loose your connection if you are transfering from your old ISP.

Looks like you fell into the same blackhole I did three months ago NR
It's the 'Somehow the order isn't placed with BT black hole' which involves a few letters that they say are false, some confusion when you speak to sky reps, and nothing turning up on BT.
Give it another week, or so, then cancel, then wait for 90 days for it to be removed from their system...

Have you phoned them recently about the missing router?
I remember they said it would be delayed for 7 days due to a problem so I suppose they still have a little time, but they should have despatched a bloody router for gawds sake

I get the impression that Sky do not send out the router until the BT order is confirmed.
Does the old ISP still agree that they have issued the correct mac code?A simple crude speed test:-
