Previous ISP survey launched
We have today launched a survey section on the website. This can only be answered by our members, so if you are not a member of skyuser.co.uk, you will need to signup (which is free) to take part. You can however view the results as a guest.
We will be doing a monthly survey on Sky's performance every month starting from the 1st December 2006. These figures will be made available to all members, so we can assess if the perceived service levels are improving.
You can find the survey here and we would be most grateful if you could spend a minute to fill it in.
Thank you

I had to laugh at the 'what attracted you to Sky Broadband' question with a choice of 'good customer service' as a possible answer.

ISP Customer Service Radio 4 "You and Yours" 12 noon weekdays.
On Friday last they bit Biscit.
Then trailed a feature on ISP customer care from Monday.
If you hate ISPs and like bad news, listen in.
If you hate men, listen to Womans Hour which goes
out earlier. I'm surprised they use the word WoMAN.

My connection date was 3 Nov 2006. I was informed last week that it will take a further 3 weeks before I am online.
Sky have not responded to my e-mails asking for status update, or for address of complaints dept. They have also not responded to my letter.
My telephone enquiries have been met with various explanations of why its taking so long.
Even got a call from BT explaining the fault was with Sky who in turn were saying it was BT who were holding up the connection.
So far performance is very poor and I am not even online.
