I have had no problems with broadband from my old cable supplier, but since being on Sky Max 4 weeks ago I have had terrible access to the internet. I play WoW which is impossible at the moment. I hated being with NTL but their Broadband didn't give me these problems.

I've been checking for the last view days and like others found that that eta was 3rd November - this morning is now green !

however i haven't noticed any difference to speed. seems same has its been since going live 3 - 3.5mb.

Should I keep rebooting to see if any improvements come?

The only exchange checker I've seen only reports the BT side.

Useful if you're on Connect but shouldn't have any relevance if you're on a Sky LLU product would it?

I have checked with the exchange checker and they have changed our date to the end of November....its not fun >( Seems I'm still in for some serious lagging and disconnections

      Update

To follow up on my previous post, the Waverly exchange is still showing as RED, we're still having the same problems and the ETA Fix Time has now been put back to 22/11.

However, all the other internet services I can access in central Edinburgh seem to be running just fine.

So I'm slightly confused - is this Sky's fault or BT's?
