      Following the message posted on this forum earlier this morning, sam_skyuser & I exchanged PMs earlier this morning.

      My Out-box registered correctly recorded the messages sent. Unfortunately Sam's didn't.

      The messages got through to each of us and the indicators relating to the messages worked.

      Sky Fibre Unlimited Pro: Connected at 80,000 kbps / 20,000 kbps
      Previous ADSL2+ Speed 19999 kbps 1153 kbps, Line Attenuation 17.5 db 6.9 db, Noise Margin 7.5 dB 8.7 dB
      Speedtest: 17.15MB/s 0.97Mb/s Ping 31 ms

      I believe the reason is to do with Save a copy of sent messages in my Sent Items folder by default in your User Cp options is unticked.

      I have now made it ticked by default for everyone who joins after today, existing members will need to tick it in their options if it is not saving sent PM's

      Hi since the software upgrade, my picture quality is not as good as it was, the whites are too White and iv noticed the contrast option has gone, just wondering if this can be fixed?

      I think you are in the wrong place, this refers to Forum software, nothing to do with routers or Sky boxes. Post a query in the Sky+HD section, giving full details of your problem, including your box type and version.
