      I broke the website

Unfortunately the other week I rolled out a software upgrade for the forums, and inadvertently broke the URL formats.

This meant that some threads / forums linked to from all over the internet may have given a 'this page doesn't exist' type of error.

It was only today when we got an email telling us that a link didn't work from the homepage, that we actually realised.

Sorry for any inconvenience, but I have now rolled back the changes that the software made to the pre upgrade settings, and this has now resolved that issue. However any links to the forums between 11th October until Today, may or may not work.

Thank you to the member who alerted us, it is appreciated, as there was absolutely no signs of the software changing anything once I had installed it.

lol - I owned up to my mistake though, so I would probably not quite fit in.
