Just so you know, without your forum username or a requested password on the application, we would normally just delete the request.

It would appear that one of two things have happened here, either we never ever got your original application with the username and password, or that it never had the username and a password. Nothing grumpy about it though.

If you send it through we can sort it out for you.
      Nothing Grumpy are you sure

I hope I've done it right,
      read the instructions carefully twice!
sent the comment message with my forum username and a chosen password, from my sky ip address, i assume so u can look it up to prove i'm a sky customer.however i'd just like to ask a few questions which arn't metnioned anywhere.

i'm intending to use ur smtp server on my laptop and with my job i travel to a variety of workplaces and hotels. will this smtp server work permanantly no matter where i am and on any network?
I used be on virgin years ago but when i went away and used somebody elses wireless (ie sky) virgins smtp server wouldnt work?

is this going to be the case with this server?

      Thanks in advance

      James
