      Hi Useless

In that white space there should be an advert, have you got them blocked?

Also what resolution is your monitor?

      Edit:

Just spotted how many PMs I have lol

      Greetings,

Even with the ad there, there is rather a lot of white space....

      and the screen res is 1024 x 768 (but use 2 monitors so it's really 2048 x 768)

and in IE the space is still there...

and there appears to be some alignment issues with the search bar in IE, but that's IE's great support for CSS for you...

Is that window maximised? If you make the firefox window wider then the ad shifts up (I can re-create that effect with IE7).

Image 1 is logged in and the window must be minimized in some way?

Image 2 is not logged in and must be minimized as well? (you get more and bigger ads as a guest)

We are aiming to fix this issue as Steve (redDwarf) spotted this during beta.

As for the IE alignment, I don't get that. What version?

      Thanks for letting us know.

Re: The All New SkyUser Website Is Coming Soon

      Greetings,

      Yes the window is maximised.

I can fix the issue by making the window wider:

      FF: 1052
      IE: 1034

which then solves the problem. However it then means I'd have to have both monitors on so I can then see the scrollbar on the right of the browser window.

A possible solution: reduce the padding on the left and right of the page so the page then fits a 1024 x 768 screen and still looks as intended.

Re: The All New SkyUser Website Is Coming Soon

      Greetings,

None of the windows were minimised, both were set to full screen for a single monitor set to 1024 x 768. I know the image for IE was not logged in, I never use the browser, but was just showing that the same issue is happening there. And the IE version is 6.
