Sky Store and Share - Please stop spamming me?

Just had a few emails from Sky Store and Share, advising me that I have a problem with my account that I set up.

      Dear Ged

Unfortunately there is a problem with your Store & Share which needs your urgent attention.

It appears you do not have any stored files in your account, therefore you need to log in within the next 5 days (from the date of this email) to keep your account active. You can log in now at Sky Store & Share |.

If you do not store any files in your Store & Share, you must log in every 30 days to keep it active. If you do store files in your Store & Share, you need to log in every 90 days.

Regrettably, if you do not take the necessary action, your account will be closed in 5 days. If your account is closed, you will need to create a new Store & Share account should you want to use the service in future.

      Kind regards,

      Store & Share Team.
I would suggest that it is in fact you that has a problem, by spamming my Email address with 23 emails so far...... All telling me the same thing.

However, as I do not have any way of replying to you, I have taken the step of informing you on here.

We are unable to respond to replies to this email.

      59 and counting

Luckily gMail groups them, otherwise they'd be taking over my inbox

Why can Sky never get these e-mails to send just once?

When I returned from holiday late last year Sky sent me around 60 emails regarding the skoogle service, I also had a load of blank ones from them as well. I was not impressed.

They appear to have stopped now. On checking the headers it would appear to be originating from this company.

      Casero Inc.

Probably the company that is doing the store and share for Sky.
I'm a PC, and Windows 7 Backup saved my sanity when BitDefender imploded !!!

Re: Sky Store and Share - Please stop spamming me?

Yes, interesting that its the same company supplying BT's Digital Vault though eh?

They have either sorted the problem or taken the server off line as I have had none for a few hours now.

Depends on what mail program you are using, on Outlook Express open the mail and select View > Source. In Thunderbird it is > Message Source.
