Re: What should we do for our 20,000th member?

I'm a wee bit confused, is this 'giveaway' going to the 20k member or is it a raffle of some type?

I have voted for the Charity anyway.

Re: What should we do for our 20,000th member?

We were thinking of giving something away to the 20,000th member. So if someone signs up and they happen to be the 20,000th then they would get whatever we decide on providing.

Obviously if that person won the £200 for charity that person could then nominate which one it went to. That's of course if that's what you guys and gals think that would be the most appropriate prize item.

A years free subscription seems good. But will you be paying it or giving the member cash?

Re: What should we do for our 20,000th member?

If it were the BB subscription we would limit it to say £15 per month x 12, then send the member a postal order for the value. I think the maximum budget we could do would be about £200 and tbh a years free broadband sounds better than £200 as it sounds like more.

Obviously and hopefully the member would be on Base, and so 12 x £0 sounds good to me (Joking)

Personally, I voted for the £200 for charity

The years free broadband would have been my next choice (They would have been here everyday getting it sorted ).

although 20,000 bumps could take a long time.

I think a years free BB is a good idea, if they are on base they can use the prize to upgrade to mid or max for a year.
